Force Majeure & Cancellations

In the event of an incident preventing a vehicle from taking part in a race (accident, breakdown or any other event considered to be force majeure), and if the order has already been confirmed, the following provisions shall apply:

• A credit may be issued, valid for a subsequent journey; ;
• Or, in exceptional circumstances, a partial refund may be granted, on a case-by-case basis, if no usable image has been produced.

Any order placed after the Friday evening preceding the event will be considered as subject to the availability of sufficient photographic content, and will be subject to manual validation by DPPI.

An order corresponds to a single car and a single race number.

Deliveries are made within a maximum of five (5) working days following the end of each race.
